1. All Sales Final
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment is made, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or cancelled.
This includes (without limitation) consulting fees, discovery/strategy calls, workshops, digital access, software access,
and custom development engagements.
2. Custom Services & Work Started
- For custom work, once any work has commenced (planning, research, development, design, setup, or meetings), refunds are not available.
- Time reservations (calls, sessions, workshops) are non-refundable once booked.
3. Digital Products / Access
- Digital products, downloads, licenses, keys, access links, or member-only resources are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
- If a product is labeled beta/experimental, it may change over time; this does not create refund eligibility.
4. Subscriptions (If Offered)
- You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing.
- We do not provide refunds or prorated refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle unless required by law.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first at
support@ownmindlabs.com.
Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us may lead to immediate suspension of access and services.
- We maintain records of invoices, access logs, messages, and delivery confirmations to respond to disputes.
- If a chargeback is filed after services/access/deliverables were provided, we may block future purchases and terminate ongoing work.
We cannot remove your right to dispute charges with your bank/card network. This section explains our internal policy and the consequences for service access.
6. Exceptions
Any exception to this policy must be approved in writing by OwnMind Labs. If an exception is approved,
it may be subject to administrative processing time and verification.
